Customer service horrible
I was highly upset over an additional charge that was made to my account when it was not warranted. I was given short notice and wasn't made aware that I was late as I have always made payment arrangements before. They were extremely unhelpful and hung up on me. I will now be leaving T-Mobile because I have bee extremely loyal in making my payments as high as they are for one line.. I'm over it ! Longtime Sprint customer who got rolled into a T-Mobile account because of the merge. I had a 2nd line free with Sprint. T-Mobile's way of fixing that was to give me a promotion that apparently had a shelf life and now I'm being charged for my second phone line. They claim there's nothing they can do to resolve it. I've had several phone calls and flat out being told it was a promo and it ended. Yes, their solution was to make it a promotion to get me my second line free in their system - I get that, however there shouldn't be a term limit on there. I was a Sprint customer and they should honor my plan with Sprint since I had no choice but to become a T-Mobile customer due to the merge. As a former Sprint customer, I'm not even getting all the perks of being a T-Mobile customer. Sync Up Watch no longer showing up on T-Life app
My kid's sync up watch was showing up on the app until the afternoon. After that, it no longer shows up. If we call from the watch I get the notification of the call within the app, and I also get the notifications that the watch has low battery but there is not location showing up on the screen. Has anyone else had this issue? I've logged out and logged in to my account several times while connected on wifi and without it. I deleted the app and logged in again, and nothing helps. It doesn't have to be political. Can't Block Number
Hellow Gals and Guys - I have a prepaid T-Mobile account that I've had for some time. I use it with a Lumia 640 Windows Phone. Someone who I don't want to have my number got it and I am now receiving regular texts from them. I tried to block it, but the texts still come through. It says "Media Content In this Message" when displayed n the text list. When I hit the number it says "Get Media Content Now" which I can select and it downloads the message. I don't wish to receive these texts, but is there some way to block them? Also this is the number I give out when an institution or someone I don't know well asks for my number, so I need to have access to it, but I only put $10ish a year on it and this person will go through that soon. Hey All, I Don't Usually Post In Forums But I Didnt Want To Gatekeep This Either. T-Mobile Was Offering A $200 Gift Card To Anyone That Switch Over To Their Internet. They Claim Your Service Has To Active For At Least Two Months. After The Two Month Waiting Period, Your Supposed To File A Claim For The Gift Card On The Redemption Site. After You File The Claim (I Suggest Call Just To Have Record), You Have To Wait 10 Weeks Before They Release The Card To You. I'm so utterly annoyed, my blood is boiling, I pay for this protection 360 junk, to be on chat with them Assurant and T-Mobile for a couple hours while I'm working, for them to say I have apple extended warranty, and I HAVE to go through apple, WHAT!?!? WHY!?!? I DO NOT PAY APPLE FOR INSURANCE!!! I already knew what apple was going to do, of course charge me for the repair, and they sure did, $100 to fix a damaged screen??? So livid, I've already escalated this matter with T-Mobile, I will give them one chance to make this right, if I do not get reimbursed for my $100 I will take all 5 of my lines and go straight to their competitors.
