Protection 360 SCAM!!!
I'm so utterly annoyed, my blood is boiling, I pay for this protection 360 junk, to be on chat with them Assurant and T-Mobile for a couple hours while I'm working, for them to say I have apple extended warranty, and I HAVE to go through apple, WHAT!?!? WHY!?!? I DO NOT PAY APPLE FOR INSURANCE!!! I already knew what apple was going to do, of course charge me for the repair, and they sure did, $100 to fix a damaged screen??? So livid, I've already escalated this matter with T-Mobile, I will give them one chance to make this right, if I do not get reimbursed for my $100 I will take all 5 of my lines and go straight to their competitors. This is unacceptable and I won't let it stand.

Traveling to Japan and do not want incoming calls costing me $.25
I Know I get Free international data,Text and VOIP calls are free with my Max55+ plan. I was told and have also read in the simple global terms that any incoming calls VIA cellular or WiFi will be charged $.25 a minute even if I do not answer it's a given $.25 charge.I enabled, "Block Content Downloads","Spam Blocker" and "Charged international roaming" in my account is this pretty much all I need to do and still be able to have Data,Text and make VOIP calls on Line,Whats App and FaceTime? Extra fees hidden by salesgirl at purchase
Has anyone (everyone?) noticed this situation: I purchased an iPhone SE at half price. The sales girl told my son that it came with a case and tempered glass. Later, I found out that the charge for the case and the glass (each $39.99) were added to my bill to be paid off in 24 months. There is absolutely no way I would have agreed to this as I barely could afford the half priced phone. We went to the store and asked about it and the rude manager said there's nothing she would do about it. This is false misrepresentation. Different topic- How do our SyncUp Kids watches go from $10 a line to $12 and now $17 without notification? It was established for a 24 month auto draft. Do they just raise line charges whenever they want. Getting very frustrated with T-Mobile

My account was deleted.
My account was deleted, while im deployed in the middle east, for seemingly no reason. I cannot make phone calls. I cannot show up to a store with my ID to make a new account. For some reason T mobile does not have a support email. How do i fix this? Or has T-mobile decided to cut my cell service with no way to fix it for absolutely no reason?

why cant your service agent find my order information?
I placed my order for the home internet and I went to go create my T-Mobile ID of course I was met with what many people have previously noted as a "dead end" because it kept asking for my telephone number that I do not have through T-Mobile and I do not want one I wanted access to their home internet because that is the most convenient one currently and was the home internet that had the best prices as well although I'm starting to reconsider Spectrum even though I have had zero service over the past month with Spectrum but that being said I went to go talk to a service agent about my situation and I was met with the dead end as well because they could not currently find my order information and I've given them the screenshot to my email that confirms it so can somebody explain to me why suddenly my information is not existent

Someone has hacked my phone and is sending unidentified information almost daily to several unknown numbers without my premission. What can I do to stop this immediately?
I noticed on my account activity log from online invoices show that someone (with use of a handful of numbers) have been sending pictures, send & receive text messages, making and receiving calls, using up data on almost a daily basis since activating my TMobile mobile account, March 2023. It shows activity coming & going from my phone (without my knowledge). I'm not getting notifications, etc. aside from what I ran across online last night that has been posted to my billing invoice activity log sheet. My phone, a Moto G Stylus I got new with new service has been a bit glichy & buggy but I didn't realize it was hacked from the moment I turned it on. How can I block this from continuing to happen? What exactly are they extracting from my phone and why isnt it showing up on my real-time logs? I get some notifications when legit calls & messages come in (at least I think I do) but to see you exchanged 338 text messages with mostly unfamiliar numbers over a 9 day period is just mind blowing. I know for a fact, I haven't sent a total of 338 text messages collectively in the past 5 years let alone 9 days. Yes I said 5 years. I'm pretty much try to limit my use of the internet for personal use the best I can for fear of this same scenario happening to me now. I really need to know: 1) how to make this activity stop ASAP; 2) find out who is doing this; 3) determine what exactly was sent out from my phone; 4) find out why I'm not getting notified of all activity on my phone & 5) how to keep this from happening again either on this very account or potential others? So now that I'm aware but don't want my novice knowledge to make matters worse or allow this activity to continue, for the remainder of my contract, just because I don't know what to do from here. Can someone in the know, please give me some guidance? I would really appreciate it. Is there someone I should be in contact with via TMobile or within my local law enforcement office? Is there an app I can download to check my phone for unwanted presences? An app to wash my Android phone clean and keep it clean? Usage address doesn't match billing address
I moved several months ago, and updated my billing address. However, I didn't know I also needed to update my usage address until I stumbled on the setting today. I updated it in the system, but the change is not being reflected. Does it take awhile for the update to show up? Is there something else I need to do?

Device Unlock Problem! Reason Code: 19
Here comes the vent. about a month ago I canceled my T-Mobile account which had me and my ex-girlfriend on it I wanted to switch to Mint mobile my girlfriend stayed with T-Mobile but they made her get a new account since I was the account holder. I was told that once I pay off my phone and my ex girlfriend gets her new account then my phone would be unlocked and I would be able to take it to Mint mobile. I found out after I had already canceled my account and paid off the phone that the phone would not unlock. since I don't have an account anymore it is very hard to get verified with anyone from T-Mobile I've had to be in a T-Mobile store while talking to a T-Mobile representative on the phone so that the person in the T-Mobile store could verify that I was me and so that the person on the phone could submit a unlock request which I have done three different times!!!! this issue has been escalated three different times also. the device is a Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra and the reason code is 19 when I try to permanently unlock it on the device. T-Mobile has no answers when I'm able to get through to them but that's only if I'm at a store and talking to a rep on the phone at the same time. the device is a replacement device from Assurant which is another route that I explored for a possible problem but was assured that the IMEI should be in T-Mobile's database even though it's a replacement device. I'm running out of options I don't know what else to do I have $1,000 phone that I'm not able to use to make phone calls or use cell towers and it's so frustrating oh and I also just recently received my final bill in the mail from T-Mobile which is a negative! -$47 balance so now I'm wondering since it's not a zero balance and since T-Mobile owes me money could that be the reason that my locked. Does anyone who has read this far have any suggestions or reasons why my phone is locked? I'll be filing an FCC complaint next because they restricting me from using the device that I legally bought from them. I doubt it causes any progress but maybe someone will see it and care enough to tighten the leash on big companies like T-Mobile.

Constant Errors with webpage
WHY on earth are there so many errors and "wires crossed" messages when trying to do dang near anything? Both on the mobile app and the web page browser. I can hardly do anything with my account and I don't know that customer service could help or not..

Account Displaying the Wrong Device
I recently upgraded my device and the device displayed on my T-Mobile account is showing the wrong device. It's not the old one, it's a new model that is not mine. I reached out to customer service a few times and they do not know why. My new phone works fine. Anyone else have this issue and know a fix for it?
