Demanding something won't get you very far usually. The people you talk to for customer service are people treat them like a person. If I was a customer service rep and you immediately start demanding and talking like that I would gladly get fired for telling you to go to another company before hanging up on you. The customer service rep you would be talking to if you called up aren't the ones that screwed up what ever your dealing with and sh*t happens thats life. Your an adult deal with what ever your dealing with like an adult. You call up say that there must have been a mistake somewhere and ask why the $40 was taken out of your account. They will gladly look into what happened if there was a mistake then they will transfer back the $40. For you to demand a added line with a free galaxy or 2 free galaxies if im reading your posts correctly over $40 taken out is being entitled and acting like a Karen. How does that make sense? You get a free added line with a free galaxy or 2 free galaxies that would range from $200 to over $1000 per phone depending on what galaxy you think you deserve. All over $40. It doesn't matter how long you have been with them you are not entitled to a free added line with either 1 or 2 free phones. T-Mobile is not going to care if they lose you as a customer over what ever issue you are having if you think dealing with your issues like that. I wouldn't care that's for sure. They have millions and millions of other customers. Losing you won't effect them in any possible way. Deal with your Sh*t like an adult and respect the people that are trying to help you
December 21st and I nominate this as the post of the year.
