Ouch.  Thanks, gramps28.  I've been on hold with T-Mobile for 50 minutes (so far).  They should have known they'd be inundated with calls once the news of the migration became public.  They are woefully unprepared.  

All grandfathered plans are being migrated.

It's not scheduled till the 17th so training is still in process is my guess.
