Multiple Planned maintenance may impact your service notices
Seems like just about every day for over a month I get the notice that my service is being impacted on my most-used tower from 8am to 5pm. Um. What????
Seems like better processes, a new tower, better parts, and/or more qualified service personnel are needed! It's really old.
Seriously, I get WAY more communications from T-Mobile stating there is a service interruption than I actually get for any real cell service. So… I guess I am paying for service notices? Come on T-Mobile.
at least theyre telling you theyre upgrading around you currently?
you could be running into these issues without there being a positive side to it lol

I have also been receiving these messages in Las Vegas every day for the past week. Maybe they are getting ready to add 5G Home Internet to this area. It has not affected my service at all so if it's to improve their network then that's great!

could be that or theyre doing more upgrades in general..which either would be welcomed for most..so they usually work on a couple towers at once but none near each other so the affected areas arent as badly effected as it would multiple towers down that cover each other.

This issue says, "Resolved". In what way has the question been resolved? Why am I getting these emails daily about a tower I use frequently being serviced? How many towers are there next to my house that I would be using? If it is one, why is maintenance being done daily to this tower? I don't believe that there are that many towers in the little town that I live in that would require this much service. What is going on?

I too have received multiple Planned tower maintenance may impact service in your area notifications. 17 to be exact that started last year Oct and with one today. Been a customer since 2013 and don't remember ever getting these notifications before. Makes you really wonder what the heck is wrong.
