link multiple msisdns to one account

I recently been experiencing problems with my device and some individual accounts on my device kept getting compromised and there's been an increase of data usage, battery drains quickly, and I have many ads and pop ups occure daily on my phone. At first I believed I was dealing with a hacker well I started digging deeper into my T-Mobile account and reviewed my recent activity and there I seen it says that there was a link multiple msisdns registered to one account does this mean my phone has been cloned? If so how do I take care of it and can t-mobile restore my device and personal information back and will my personal information be safe? Gracias

  • If you believe your SIM has been cloned, I would highly suggest getting a new SIM and transferring your service to that new SIM ASAP.  A factory reset of your device before putting the new SIM in as well would also be wise.  You will lose everything on your device by factory resetting it.  Change any passwords you use for anything you login to on your phone, just to be on the safe side.

Any app you install on your device can potentially compromise it.  Installing apps from reputable developers, reading reviews, and looking at the apps permissions before installing it can help a lot in deciding whether or not you should install the app.
