price increase
T-Mobile continues to make excuses, and will not stand by their word: This is my second response to the FCC. T-Mobile's second response to me was totally different than their first. They simply want me to stop my complaint which will not happen.
Once again, T-Mobile's response did not address my issue with them. T-Mobile's Un-Contract Promise has nothing to do with my account, and this is just an another excuse that they are stating to justify my rate increase. Their first response to my complaint was that they did not have a price increase for over 10 years. Now, the second response has NO BEARING on my account with T-Mobile, and has NOT addressed my complaint! What will be their third response to my complaint? I cannot believe that the FCC is allowing them to do what they did to me, and many other customers. If we were promised from the conception of our plans, that our rate will never increase, why is the FCC allowing them to get away with this? Is the FCC's role in this simply to have communication between me, and my Carrier? If somebody from the FCC is reading these complaints and responses, they will see that I am accurate in my complaint, and T-Mobile is just sending more rhetoric to me. T-Mobile generated almost $79 billion in revenue in 2023, is that not enough? I was not happy when the federal government would not allow T-Mobile to purchase Sprint. Now, since the merger was allowed, I figured that T-Mobile would be the best carrier in the United States. That is not my opinion anymore, they are just about corporate greed, and that is not right. Their corporate greed should not allow them to go against a promise that was made to thousands of customers over the last 15 years in which their rates would never increase as long as they stayed with the same plan. I have stayed with my same plan, and was promised all along that my rates will never increase from all levels of T-Mobile employees. The FCC should use their government authority to step in, and protect people from companies that are doing such nonsense. There is no integrity with T-Mobile! Their integrity went out the door when they failed to keep their word to thousands of customers. Don't allow them to get away with this! If the FCC allows this, what will be the next deception? T-Mobile need to address this question: why did all T-Mobile employees guarantee us that our rates would never increase as long as we did not change the plan? After they honestly answer that question, they need to stand by their word that was told to customers over the last 15 years.
