Re: Text history log not reflecting actual text log on phone
For me 2300 is basically an annoyance because I have to scroll through numerous usage pages to find the actual usage generated by us. What angers me is entire text threads between the people sharing my account don't show up in usage so I have to assume other actual usage isn't showing up either. I have always used Google Messages and my husband Samsung Messages not third party apps so that isn't the problem.407Visto0likes0ComentariosWhy doesn't my usage reflect actual texts I've sent or received but only texts sent to the spam folder?
For the last couple of months my usage shows pages and pages of texts received from 2300, 128, 127 and other random short codes that were routed to the spam folder but not actual texts I have sent or received from other numbers on my account. Is this ever going to be fixed? It's getting to the point where after being a TMobile customer for over 20 years I'm ready to switch to a carrier with more accurate record keeping.72Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Text history log not reflecting actual text log on phone
I'm using the same TMobile messaging app I have always used for the last 20 years but my usage only shows all of the texts sent to the spam folder and none of the actual texts I've sent or received from my husband who is on the same TMobile account. My and my husband's usage primarily shows 2300, 127, 128 and some other random short codes. This has been getting worse and worse to the point it has become ridiculous.395Visto0likes0ComentariosT-Mobile app no longer allows me to login with my fingerprint
For the last few days I have been unable to use my fingerprint to login to the T-Mobile app. If I try selecting log in with your fingerprint I get a popup telling me to enter my phone number and password. Is anyone else having this problem? I tried checking my settings but I can't find anything allowing me to adjust login preferences215Visto0likes1Comentario
