Why doesn't my usage reflect actual texts I've sent or received but only texts sent to the spam folder?

For the last couple of months my usage shows pages and pages of texts received from 2300, 128, 127 and other random short codes that were routed to the spam folder but not actual texts I have sent or received from other numbers on my account. Is this ever going to be fixed? It's getting to the point where after being a TMobile customer for over 20 years I'm ready to switch to a carrier with more accurate record keeping.
