Just switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. It's been nearly 2 hours and I have no service on my phone. Can only use my iPad to access internet. (No phone calls or texts from my iPad) Anyone know how long it takes for the switch to complete?
When I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile in March the whole process took about 15 minutes. I was in a store and a very savvy young lady ported my number and made the switch for me. I was unsure about trying to change carriers myself. I hope you get it sorted.
at times there can be a bit of a delay when transferring. usually its on the prior carriers end and them just not up and releasing your number like they should. you might be able to get a temp number so at least youre up and going again.
