T-Mobile keeps charging me for a phone I never received. I have been calling for the last three months.

T-Mobile keeps charging me for a phone I never received. I have been calling for the last three months. All I hear is promises someone will call me. I still continue being charged.

    Contact T-Mobile through 1 of their online cervices such as Facebook or twitter you will reach a higher level of support that way.
