For the 2nd time now, after returning from Europe, when back in the USA, I have absolutely no service. No amount of the standard troubleshooting via Tmobile phone support helps. The first time I had to get new SIM cards to make our phones work again. Anyone else have this problem and if so, were you able to fix it without going to a Tmobile store? Can anyone help me?? I've called T-Mobile several times, talked to IT, and went to the store and still no help. I have the home internet, it's showing 5 bars and excellent connection, but our speed is 4 mbps. Our service used to be amazing, but lately we can't even watch a show on Netflix with out it buffering! We have reset our wifi, did the new network pathways with T-Mobile, and went in and got a new white router and it seems to be worse now! My phone, tv, iPadwon't on the wifi even thought it says our signal is excellent. I'm so frustrated with this, and about to cancel my internet; however, I love the price point compared to our areas Internet providers. Anyone know what to do? I'm not sure if you get a new sim or not with the new router? That is about the only thing I could think to replace, if it wasn't already with the router. On multiple occasions after transitioning from an international roaming networkto the T-Mobile network, I experience data connectivity issues for significant amount of time afterwards. Is there any tips on mitigating these network transition issues as they can come at quite inconvenient times where quick access to records are needed (boarding pass, reservation confirmation, email, etc). Going in and out of airplane mode doesn't help. Restarting phone sometimes helps but this shouldn't need to be constant fall-back. It seems that the past week or two I've been having an issue receiving SMS text messages, from both contacts set in my iPhone & time sensitive ones for 2FA. I've turned phone off & waited several minutes to turn it back on. The last 24 hours I have had no internet. All my devices say they're connected but it will not load and will say it was interrupted or no internet. I have reset my router and my devices. After changing a few settings on my T-mobile plan(unblocking Spam), I cannot call out of my iPhone. The message that I hear is"The phone that you are using does not allow outgoing calls." The message that people here when they try to call me is, "At the subscriber's request, they do not allow incoming calls." Yes, I have rebooted my phone. Yes, my bill is up-to-date. I cannot call out using Wi-Fi calling either. I can text. My son, also on my account, is having no issue; he also has an iPhone. Anyone have a solution?
