Just upgraded my phone, cannot access internet without wifi
I have been a T-Mobile customer for years. I just recently upgraded to the new iPhone 15 Pro Max from a 12 Pro Max. I cannot access the internet ANYWHERE. Spotify? Nope. Google Chrome? Nope. Facebook? Nope. I have full cell service and 5G in all of the places I am attempting to use my phone. My old phone worked in all of these places such as work and in my car during my commute. This is absolutely infuriating. Am I missing something?
I have the same issue.
T-Mobile set up is horrible. They make it very easy for you to switch and very difficult to resolve the problems. Well, not difficult for them, just like to do things on the phone when most people don't have the ability to stop what they're doing for 2 hours to get it sorted.
Have you transfered your eSIM to the iPhone 15?
