How many towers are being worked on for that much time? I told them I'm giving them one more week and then I am canceling. Very skeptical of issues all of a sudden when they want to eliminate lifetime price guarantee… I said the exact same thing. We can't have this dropping while on work calls and meetings all the time. Anyone else having issues with the gateway? I have been having issues since before August with the internet dropping constantly and phone calls in the house constantly dropping. I work from home so this cannot happen. I have had multiple T-Mobile techs try to help. I have had a new gateway sent, we upgraded to the mesh, the reset the gateway, we even got a new sim card for the gateway. NOTHING is working. I have been seeing online that it has to do with the firmware update. This needs to be fixed ASAP. I don't know what else to do besides change providers!
