No T-Tmobile service in Morocco for the Two days

I am a T-Mobile customer from the USA and have paid $50 for the international service add-on. However, I have had no service in Morocco for the past two days (6/26/24 and 6/27/24). My son and my sister are both experiencing the same issue, is anyone else experiencing this issue or has any information on resolving it? I talked to the customer service and they told me they have a global roaming issue without providing an ETA. Gracias.
