misquoted

I started services with T-Mobile on 10/18/24. I traded in 4 i-phone 13 for 4 i-phone 16 128 gg. The manager, Elijah, quoted me a monthly bill of $220 for the magenta plan including insurance on all phones. He also gave us 3 trackers for free, saying that they were having a promotion, but did not explain anything else. When I got my bill, it was $368. The bill was charging me a monthly fee for the trackers, which we were not told about. It was also charging extra because he gave us an i-phone 16 256 gg, which we did not ask for. After making several calls and visiting the store I was able to speak with Jimmy, the assistant manager, who was able to bring to bill down to $231 without the insurance. I would like for T-Mobile to honor the first quote I was given with all the services and to either wave the extra monthly fee for the wrong phone and the trackers or exchange the phone for the one we asked for and take back the trackers. I have tried to speak to Elijah several times, but he keeps ignoring my calls and messages.
