No internet or phone (5G) in staten island ny 10306
I have had this outage at night starts around 9 pm goes all night using 5G and I can't call tech support because calls just drop. Tried texting on the Tmobile Life app and its in and out. Spoke to tech support this morning had me switch to LTE and a 2.4 instead of 5G. I don't know yet if that will work but they have no idea when the tower problem will be fixed. Its just a ridiculous situation. No info or email or text telling customers there is a problem. I am sorry I left Spectrum cable. Tried to save a little money and this is what I get for that. So I guess if not solved quickly Im going back to cable. Its insane and I am very stressed as I live alone.

After 3 tormenting nights I was told they were upgrading the 5G in the tower near me. One normal supervisor hooked menup
with 2.4 (a second WiFi) so I could use my phone. But it took many phone calls which they answer in the Philippines and it was really unnerving. They were clueless and it took a supervisor finally in the US to figure i out. I was really ready to go back to cable. It was scary. I live alone and was very nervous. Thanks for asking g the result. Everything is back to normal.

My reason is different but we're in a similar situation where T-Mobile accidentally shut off our WiFi and now cannot get it back on. They've tried replacing our routers etc but nothing. We've had no WiFi or anything going on day 5 and the reps are literally clueless/helpless. They claim they don't have techs that go to your house and we found out they actually do. After new years we're going to demand a supervisor. It's been so ridiculous that we're looking elsewhere for another service provider, I'm shocked at their 24/7 tech support lack of ability or even willingness to make sure it's resolved before saying "well, keep trying and good luck" and literally hanging up the phone on me- whaaaat? They may not care but we have no service in our home, we've spent literal hours each day on the phone with them trying to resolve this to no avail

And I should mention, this was all their doing too. They explained that they made an error and terminated our WiFi service somehow. It's not even our doing or an outage or anything of that sort. They just totally screwed paying customers and won't help resolve it
