After 3 tormenting nights I was told they were upgrading the 5G in the tower near me. One normal supervisor hooked menup with 2.4 (a second WiFi) so I could use my phone. But it took many phone calls which they answer in the Philippines and it was really unnerving. They were clueless and it took a supervisor finally in the US to figure i out. I was really ready to go back to cable. It was scary. I live alone and was very nervous. Thanks for asking g the result. I have had this outage at night starts around 9 pm goes all night using 5G and I can't call tech support because calls just drop. Tried texting on the Tmobile Life app and its in and out. Spoke to tech support this morning had me switch to LTE and a 2.4 instead of 5G. I don't know yet if that will work but they have no idea when the tower problem will be fixed. Its just a ridiculous situation. No info or email or text telling customers there is a problem. I am sorry I left Spectrum cable. Tried to save a little money and this is what I get for that. So I guess if not solved quickly Im going back to cable. Its insane and I am very stressed as I live alone.172Visto1like4Comentarios
