Tombile SIM not working in India!
- Hace 6 años
Hmm.
It sounds like there may need to be a ticket filed. While it's true we're often very very limited as to what we can do with a foreign network, if it is something from our side, a ticket is the only way to identify that.
If anyone has the opportunity, I would suggest reaching out to T-Force on FB or Twitter (links in my signature) and see if they can file a ticket!

I’d appreciate anyone sharing a solution to my problem.
Is this the support you get when you call +1-505-998-3793? That line is supposed to be staffed with people who specialize in international roaming.
I don't use iPhones, so I can't say how one might go about manually selecting a different roaming partner. I believe Apple took out that menu item. I don't think there's a solution for slow data roaming other than picking a different network or getting a local SIM. I believe the limiting factor is the speed of the data link from the roamed network back to T-Mobile's APN. This is not an issue with a local SIM.
