Towers always down for maintenance
Greetings!
I live in New Haven CT, and I keep getting texts about the tower I use most is going down for maintenance and then a couple of days later the texts say it's back working, then a few days later this repeats itself. Been repeating about a month and a half now.
I mean seriously is this a blanket statement to cover lousy service? I mean sometimes the calls drop or the messages don't come through but sometimes have had issues with 5g, my son had metroPCS and he's sailing away and getting faster transfers when we would download the same file.
I'm about to ask for some credit for all these service interruptions. You know once is okay but seriously every time they say it's fixed a couple days later you get the notice again it's going back down for routine maintenance or for service... How many times does it take to get it right?
typically a tower upgrade takes roughly a month give or take depending on availability of parts and weather. also depends on how many towers theyre upgrading at once. they wont work on two that are covering each other but usually you’ll see the affects of a tower down for maint for quite a while since the people usually on said tower are now pushed onto a different tower further out which usually hammers that tower.
