Where Do I send My old phone?
I have been trying to figure out where to send my old phone now that I have my new one. I got a box with no return label and no instructions whatsoever. Can someone help me with this? I feel like ever since Sprint switched, I have had the WORST customer service possible.
You should be able to print the return slip, instructions, and return label from your my.t-mobile.com account. If you can't find it in there. Give Customer Care a call at 611 or DM T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter to have them e-mail it to you.

It should be listed under your promotions for that line where that requires that device to be sent in.
