I live in Korea, I bought an iPhone 13 second hand, but it turned out to be blocked, I can’t create a mobile phone account, since I don’t have a mobile phone number, I can’t write to support either, since there’s no mail to write to, and I can’t call from Korea I can’t go to America either
There's nothing Tmobile can do, you need to contact the person who sold you the phone.

They will need to contact TMO to get it unlocked..if theyre not the original owner then you might have to return it to them if possible..

I was treated extremely rude by a supervisor in customer service. She was going to disconnect my service immediately.

why would you not create a thread asking for help instead of jumping into someone elses thread and trying to turn it into your issue? what does your issue have to do with trying to get a phone unlocked?
