How can I get pass this so that I can pay my bill?
I found out what the problem is. Other people are having the same issue. They doing updates to their system. Thank you for your assistance.
You can pay your bill through your my.t-mobile.com account, over the phone through 611, or at your local T-Mobile store.
does anyone else get this when you try to login to my-tmobile? This has been going on for several hours now.

No! I was able to login successfully. Your screenshot is the first time I have seen that.
It is weird. When I login, the site request that I enter a security code and then displays the message that you saw. No había ocurrido nunca antes. Especially if everyone else can access their accounts without any issues.
