I'm not at all feeling like I'm a valued customer at T-Mobile anymore
Anyone else feeling less valued as a customer ever since they exported their call centers out of the United States? I am being ripped off, this is my worst customer service interaction with any business I have ever had in my life! 3 times I was supposed to receive a callback, in 3 days! They are becoming more deceptive, unethical and dishonest! Problem still not resolved! I might need to get an attorney!
