Remove T moblie lock One Plus 7t pro mclaren

I bought my One Plus from a guy who lived in the US, I'm from Portugal and I want to update it to solve the OXYGEN 12 problem that only gives me firmware problems. When trying to update it says it is blocked with T MOBILE. How can I unlock the equipment? I bought it second hand...
T-Mobile USA only SIM unlocks devices for T-Mobile USA customers whose accounts and devices meet the SIM Unlock Policy requirements.
