Unlock iphone problom
I have contacted T-Mobile customer service (877-778-2106) and they indicated that my device has been unlocked. But I tried to wipe my device and replaced the sim card of another operator, but it still doesn't work, it's still locked, how can I do it?

Have you tried following Apple's instructions?

It may take a few hours to days for it to "work" as Apple has the final steps to send the unlock to your device. However Apple says it's locked to a carrier like T-Mobile then you got a reseller Flex device and will need to original receipt from where it was purchased with the IMEI and talk to T-Force on Twitter or Facebook.

I would try Apple. T-Mobile makes the request to Apple and then it is up to Apple to complete the unlock request.
