Devices not connected

I show to have signal for my gateway but none of my devices are showing connected. The app shows all devices offline. ¿Cómo puedo arreglar esto?

    Same issue. Connected devices are not appearing in the app

    I have already tried that a few times. The gateway will show 20+ devices connected. The app only shows like 3-4 devices.
