High Billing Amount

I am travelling out of the USA and installed a local SIM using a local service provider. I have already disabled my T Mobile E-Sim before installing this local SIM. My bill amount has increased substantially. ON checking I find that T-Mobile has billed me for calls made with the local SIM.
