My wife has Verizon and her phone is working fine . Also , when it's time to pay our 175.00 monthly bill does corporate take in consideration that this is happening and we weren't able to use our phones ?
Sorry I can't answer that as I am not a Tmobile employee. Just so you know, this is a Tmobile customer peer-to-peer online community. If you want an answer from Tmobile, you have to contact them through the normal channels.
