International Data Pass not working when re-purchased

Hi, have you contacted customer service? Were you able to get any support? I am having the same issue in the UAE.

- You should be all set now! Apparently this process removes the connection to the cellular network/tower and the memory of this connection and when it's forced to reconnect, it fixes the issue. Worked for me! You will need to reconnect to previously-saved wifi networks just FYI.
Ok, leaving for Europe in 36 hours and purchased the 10 day international pass. So these are the steps to take to activate that $35 pass? ¡Gracias!
