Phone not working overseas
I have a Xiaomi Mi 9 Lite and I have been using my phone for years with no problem in Turkey. But I arrived to Turkey today and I did not get the welcome message and I have no internet. I am guessing...
The roaming partners in Turkey are Turk Telecom, Turkcell, and Vodafone. You can try to change your network mode to 2G or 3G and see if you are able to connect that way.
Syaoran is correct that the T-Mobile App is great for managing your account. You could download it to review your account and see if there are any roaming blocks on your line. You can do that by logging in to the website also.
If all else fails, drnewcomb has a great suggestion of using our free international support number to contact customer support and get some additional help.
