"SCL UNL TT FAM 4 Lines incl"
We have Simple Choice plan. My son bought a 15GB International Data Pass but could not use it. I noticed ""SCL UNL TT FAM 4 Lines incl" $100/mo in the Add-Ons.
It should be under Settings, Cellular, Cellular Data Options. Data needs to be on for roaming for VoLTE to work, which should allow calling to work.
Has roaming been turned on in his device's settings?
