Amazon Echo

I can't get my Amazon Echo device connected on my T-Mobile internet connection. Anyone fine a solution?

Use the Alexa app to update the Wi-Fi settings for your Echo device.

    1. Open the Alexa App .
    2. Seleccionar dispositivos .
    3. Selecciona tu dispositivo.
    4. Select Device Settings .
    5. Select Change next to Wi-Fi Network.
    6. You can then:
      • Connect to one of your previously connected Wi-Fi networks.
      • Forget a previously connected Wi-Fi network.
      • Select Join another Wi-Fi Network to change to a new one.

If you don't see the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to, select Join another Wi-Fi Network(for hidden networks) and follow the instructions in the Alexa app.

Nota: Echo devices connect to Wi-Fi networks that are used in most homes (Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz / 5 GHz) networks that use the 802.11a / b / g / n standard). Echo devices can't connect to ad-hoc (or peer-to-peer) networks.
