Cannot connect to Gateway on my PC anymore. All otherr devices work fine.

We lost coverage for internet, reset the router and was able to connect on all of our devices except my Surface Pro which runs on Windows 10.  Never had a problem connecting to this computer before.  My husbands computer which also runs on Windows 10 connects fine.
