Device not connectinf after being disabled

Hey everyone, I disabled my work computer from my internet over the weekend. I am now trying to reconnect but when I try to connect to my network my laptop says "Can't connect to this network" and now my laptop will not show up on my Devices in the T-mobile app. I did a factory reset on my gateway and it is still not connecting. Any tips? Thanks!
