GoTo Screen Protector Difficulties
The expensive GoTo screen protector I purchased with my new phone rendered the IPhone inoperable, non responsive and the Face ID impossible to set up. The phone works perfectly without it. I am very unhappy after spending over $1000 on it. I really want a screen protector, as I work on a construction site.
Just as a test try using a different screen protector to see what happens. If that works return the other one for a refund.
