ZAGG replacement screen protector

How do I order a replacement ZAGG screen protector?  I bought my original one through T-Mobile and it included replacements (up to 2 per year, IIRC).  But I can't find any way to submit a request through the TM website, and there's not even any information anywhere about how to do this.  Anyone know?

    Try contacting Zagg customer service to see what they may be able to help you with.

    You need to go to a Tmobile store for the replacement so they can confirm you need a new one.
