my samsung s22ultra is always in the conversation listening mode and sends out messages from voice comments to whoever is the last name on my message list. Help please

my samsung s22 ultra is in a constant voice messages mode.   When I, or someone near me makes any kind of a comment, the phone will get the message and send it to the last name that I was connecting with.  I presume it is a setting, however I can not find what setting is giving me the issue.   HELP  PLEASE
