MyQ issues

Having same issue as several others with My-Q not working with t-mobile.  Was on phone for a couple of hours with t-mobile.  I was specifically asking to replace my Arcadyan KVD21 with the Sagecom 5688W after explaining my issue.   

Looked at order this morning and saw they are replacing with another Arcadyan different model (TMO-G4AR).  Does anyone know if this model resolved the MyQ connectivity issues?
