Registro del amplificador de señal

I am trying to register a Signal Booster on this site: https://www.t-mobile.com/signal-booster/registration but all I get, after filling out the form and hitting the submit button, is a magenta colored twirl that appears for a moment and that's it. Nothing else. Form just still there with my data. I tried different browser (Chrome, Brave and Safari) and hardware (iPhone, iPad and Chromebook).
