How do you turn on/off call forwarding from the T-Mobile Website or T-Mobile app, not from the device? I have multiple business lines and turned call forwarding on on one of them from the Website bef...
Replicating the steps on doing it on your phone using the app doesn't give you the option for call forwarding.
You may want to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of Tmobile’s social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter to ask them or raise a ticket.
