Device Pay back issues since October 2023.
I did an upgrade in October 2023 which I qualified for there promotion for $1000 per device trade in. I sent in 4 devices and i should of received a total of $4000 with in two billing cycles. T Mobile never made that good and keep my trade ins and started charging a monthly installment fees for my new phones, After countless calls I finally got $2000 back and I'm still waiting the the rest to be payback including a follow up calls which I never got. T mobile is billing me for device payments and they finally placed me on the wrong promotion that will cheap me out of $1200.00 at the end of the contract. I'm on a $700 per phone instead of $1000 per phone promotion as promised. This has been a very bad experince for me and I will be doing a story regarding this issue with KTVZ my local news to warn others to stay away from this dishonest company! Countless promises that never happened.
This happened to me also back in October! T-Mobile told Me I could keep my Verizon devices and utilize the carrier freedom keep and save and they would pay Verizon off. They sent me a SIM card but it wouldn't work so they made me go to the store where I was forced to buy a brand new iPhone 15. I was promised a $1000 promo. It took me 5 months and countless hours calling over and over to get the promo put on correctly. Well, now I am stuck with my old Verizon bill over $1000 and they didn't back date/pay my promo credits so technically I have to stay with T-Mobile 5 more months if I want to get my promo money. What a joke!
