Havent had service 30 days

Just started service I had Internet and Security Cams. Security cams suck so I had them remove them today from my package. My question is since I've not had either service 30 days, when my bill comes out next month will the $30.00 for the cams be dropped and all I have to pay is the $50.00 for internet or are they still going to try to charge me $88.00 and drop it to $50.00 in August?
