Service problems - need help but cannot call Tmobile because NO Service for 3 days
I am on the 3rd day with my family phones having no service. I can't call the 611 or tollfree numbers because the calls drop. If I do get through they want to text me a code to authenticate but of course I don't get the texts because of NOSERVICE! How do I get my service running and find out what is happening here?
If you have WiFi available, connect your phone to your WiFi network and enable WiFI calling in your phone's settings. You should be able to make calls and send/receive texts after that.

Thank you so much. I had tried wifi calling but it didn't work until I changed the phone settings from cellular to wifi preferred. So thanks
