How to change e-mail address that receives paperless bill?

How do I change my paperless billing settings to send my paperless bills to my new e-mail address? I have updated my account with my new e-mail address but I do not see an option to update the e-mail address that my paperless bill is sent to.

  • I had to change it to paper billing and save it. Then went back to switch back to paperless and it auto puts in the new email address that I had changed for my login . Success Yall.

Seriously?  Something that a child could fix but it's still a problem?

BUMP. Same issue here. 12 June 2024. NO OPTION TO CHANGE EMAIL ADDRESS FOR HOME INTERNET PAPERLESS BILLING.

tmobile home internet is sending paperless bills to an email address I don't have. There is no option to change the email address. Changing the billing to text only selects the number for my modem then won't allow me to save it because it generates an error with no specification. THIS IS A SECURITY ISSUE. WHEN WILL T-MOBILE ADDRESS THIS?

No that doesn't do anything. The wrong (old) email is embedded in there with no way to change it. You can change your preferences to text only, then change it back to email, play with those settings any way you want. It doesn't prompt you for any new email address. It just puts the wrong (old) one back in. Called T-Mobile support and was in-queue for an hour and gave up.
