Jump 1.0

Getting a little irritated with T-Mobile. First we are told that Jump 1.0 is ending then it isn't but now I'm being told I can't use my benefits and given the run around. Four different reps have given me 4 different excuses and I'm to the point that I'm about to say screw it and go to Verizon.

Getting a different answer every time you ask is totally frustrating! What exactly are you trying to do? I want to do my best to clarify so that I can find a way to help out :)

I have jump 1.0 and I can agree that it is a little frustrating because it is a legacy product that is no longer offered and many reps don't know about it.  Recently I wanted to upgrade from the s24 ultra to the fold six and a couple reps told me that I couldn't because my device wasn't half paid off. I explained what jump 1.0 was and was but then told that if I got the fold I would lose jump 1 and be moved into jump 2.0.  I ended up calling back one final time and I got an experienced rep who escalated it and then confirmed  that was not the case and did the jump 1.0 upgrade into the fold 6.   Anytime I upgrade my phone earlier then one year this comes up.  The scary part is that you are told different things by different reps so I'm hoping that in 6 months when the s25 ultra comes out I can jump out of the Fold 6 if I wanted and get it.   I confirmed twice that this is the case but I'm still 50/50 that there might be an issue in February.  Fingers crossed. Jump 1.0 is great and it's the main reason I have stayed with T-Mobile since 2005.  I got jump 1.0 around 2015.
