Device Pay back issues since October 2023.
I did an upgrade in October 2023 which I qualified for there promotion for $1000 per device trade in. I sent in 4 devices and i should of received a total of $4000 with in two billing cycles. T Mobil...
This happened to me also back in October! T-Mobile told Me I could keep my Verizon devices and utilize the carrier freedom keep and save and they would pay Verizon off. They sent me a SIM card but it wouldn't work so they made me go to the store where I was forced to buy a brand new iPhone 15. I was promised a $1000 promo. It took me 5 months and countless hours calling over and over to get the promo put on correctly. Well, now I am stuck with my old Verizon bill over $1000 and they didn't back date/pay my promo credits so technically I have to stay with T-Mobile 5 more months if I want to get my promo money. What a joke!
