Tmobile problems on my return of phone
I have been with Nextel since 1997, then it changed to Dprint and now Tmobile. So 23 years they have had my business account. I sent one of my business phones that was in warranty by UPS to Tmobil...
This is also ha to me. I think everyone should note that the address - 13704 Independence Parkway, Fort Worth, TX is where T-Mobile is shipping your trade-in phones as per the mailing label THAT THEY PROVIDE. Once you ship it, T-Mobile claims they never received it. Then you won't get a credit for your trade in. There is no other way to say this - it's a SCAM!!!
