when did TMobile become as bad as Comcast?

So T-Mobile gave a free year of Paramount Plus and, just 4 months into that 12 months of free Paramount Plus they're starting to charge us for the Paramount Plus so we canceled it.

And now they're forcing us to use something other than a credit card to pay our bill to save $5.

We're going elsewhere we've been with T-Mobile for at least 12 to 15 years if not longer and they've just become too much like Comcast horrible customer service if you can reach anyone that is and these bait and switch things like the free 12 months of Paramount and they start charging you at 5 months.
