Does T-Mobile automatically change your plan when you turn 55? What are the benefits to changing to a 55 plus plan?
T-Mobile does not change plans proactively. You would have to make the change online or you can do as the others here suggested and contact our support teams in the way that suits you best. You can call, chat online, or message us on Facebook or X.
